Business Analyst

Scope of Work:

• The Business Analyst – Non-Core is responsible for analyzing, designing, improving, and monitoring business processes and systems outside of the organization's core system (ONESYSTEM). This role specifically covers digital platforms, satellite applications, third-party solutions, and customer-facing systems that support and extend core operations.
• Non-core systems under this role include but are not limited to: HeyPhil 2.0; SMART LOA; Kiosk Systems; PhilCare Express; Member Gateway; E-Commerce Platforms; Online Reimbursement Portal; Other related non-core and integrated applications.
• The role ensures that these systems are efficient, user-centric, well-integrated with ONESYSTEM, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
