The Business Analyst – Core is responsible for analyzing, designing, improving, and monitoring business processes specifically related to the organization's core system (ONESYSTEM). The role focuses on ensuring that core system processes, configurations, and integrations effectively support business operations and strategic objectives.
The scope includes end-to-end process improvement initiatives within ONESYSTEM, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation support, change management, and performance monitoring. In a Junior Assistant Manager capacity, the role may also include team supervision and coordination responsibilities.
