Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst – Mobile Application to help bridge business needs with technical solutions for our mobile products. This role will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the mobile application meets business objectives and delivers excellent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and mobile app requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, development, QA) throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, user needs, and areas for product improvement.
Monitor mobile app performance metrics and provide insights to inform enhancements.
