What You'll Be Doing at Webby:
Engage with retail stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Lead the design of retail workflows (POS, CRM, loyalty, inventory, promotions)
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers across the SDLC
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful project rollouts
Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and digital transformation outcomes
