Business Analyst Manager

We are looking for a hands-on BI Lead to own the end-to-end analytics and reporting layer for the business. This role is critical in translating business requirement into trusted, scalable Power BI solutions built on Microsoft Fabric is a must.
Job Responsibilities :
Daily oversight of overall development to deliver items related to the BI project.
Translate Finance, other Corporate Functions and operational questions into clear metrics
Working with the business to understand requirements and deliver the necessary data structures in a project format
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI o DAX (advanced) o Data modelling (star schema) o Executive dashboard design
Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric o Lakehouse / Warehouse concepts o Silver → Gold data transformations for reporting and analytics
Collaborate with team members to support various activities related to data engineering, data architecture and data Visualizations.
