Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for turning business needs into actionable solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology Delivery team , playing a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work within multidisciplinary product teams to gather, refine, and articulate requirements—both functional and non-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA/Test teams, and senior IT leaders to shape product roadmaps, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery.
For larger initiatives, you’ll operate at a strategic level, producing artefacts such as as‑is/to‑be process maps and business activity models that support user adoption and change.
