Business Analyst Mandarin

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read, write and speak
  MANDARIN
• Work as a Business Analyst for insurance products, primarily personal lines (Accident, Home Fire, Motor/Car, etc.).
• Gather and document business requirements (BRD) and workflows.
• Support end-to-end project and product implementation.
• Perform risk weightage analysis and support insurance product enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of recent Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of personal line insurance products.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, workflow documentation, and product implementation.
• Good analytical skills with exposure to risk analysis.
• Mandarin-speaking proficiency is mandatory.
