Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with
strong ITSM (IT Service Management) development and documentation
experience to support the design, enhancement, and implementation of IT service
processes and systems.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow,
BMC, Jira Service Management, etc.), strong stakeholder engagement skills, and
proven capability in translating business requirements into clear functional
specifications and process documentation.
