IT Service Management (ITSM) development, documentation, and manual creation
to support the design, enhancement, and implementation of IT service processes and systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with ITSM platforms such as
ServiceNow

BMC Remedy
, and
Atlassian Jira Service Management
, combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process documentation, and comprehensive ITSM manuals.
