Job Summary

We are seeking 3 Business Analysts (BAs) with 2–4 years of experience, based in Mexico City, to support business analysis activities for core retail products: POS Móvil, Kiosks, and Checkout systems.

These BAs will join at client and work closely with product owners, technology teams, and external BAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Work closely with product, development, QA, and operations teams
• Support system testing, UAT, and validation activities
