Business Analyst - Microsoft 365 & IP Telephony

About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise collaboration and voice services acrossMicrosoft 365 andhybrid IP telephony environments. You’ll translate business needs into clear requirements, lead governance and policy design, and partner with cross‑functional teams to enable secure, reliable communications—especially insafety‑critical power plant environments .
