Business Analyst - Middle Office Operations

This role supports the migration of business activities from an existing operating model to a new service provider. The Operations Analyst will work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and external service providers to analyse, cleanse, validate, and prepare transactional, market, reporting, and reference data across Aladdin and other investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), model office, and pilot testing phases
• Design test scenarios and scripts with SMEs to validate future-state operational processes across data, trades, corporate actions, reconciliation, and reporting
• Perform detailed reconciliation of migration data, independently validating results and explaining variances
• Develop future-state business process maps and support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
