Job Description
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with stakeholders across Transportation, Operations Planning, Finance, Distribution, and IT to gather requirements and support development, testing, and successful implementation.
Apply supply chain expertise to ensure delivered processes and system solutions meet business needs and remain sustainable for front-line operational teams.
Develop a strong understanding of the system enhancements delivered through the TMS optimization program.
Support testing by using documented requirements and user acceptance criteria to confirm system configuration performs as expected.
Manage assigned activities in line with enhancement timelines and the agreed-upon detailed design.
Lead implementation activities with impacted stakeholders by providing updates, responding to inquiries, and supporting training delivery (formal and informal).
