Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Background in Business Analysis, Business Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience working with entity‑driven data models (e.g., asset or component hierarchies) and navigating complex relational database structures to support requirements gathering and analysis.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, or databases
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Jira, Power BI, SQL)
