Business Analyst / MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for business analysis as well as the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Dynamics CRM system, including user support and issue resolution related to the system.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing clients’ business and technical requirements.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to define project requirements.
• Preparing analytical documentation, including requirements specifications and reports.
• Participating in user acceptance testing and supporting the implementation phase.
