Job responsibilities:
Establishing performance reporting and management information requirements with the team.
Analyzing performance and collating plans from the Leadership team to support the delivery of the long-term plan.
Spending regular time with the business to gain more understanding of processes and business in order to provide insightful analysis.
Providing in-sight analysis of the financial platform to financial leadership teams to improve financial performance and manage investment.
Managing the forecast, budget and profit process to deliver plans that are fully understood and owned by the stakeholders.
Providing balance sheet reconciliation over relevant KPIs to ensure no risk to the business.
Promoting strong teamwork within the unit, and cross-function teamwork to drive business growth and process efficiency.
