Business Analyst, non IT

Our client, a financial institution, is looking to hire a Business Analyst, Non IT to their team for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collect, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, and expected results in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet expected deliverables.
• Maintain superior project documentation to support auditability and project transparency.
• Work independently or with management to identify complex operational business issues and develop creative solutions involving workflow procedures and/or new technologies.
