Business Analyst, non IT

Our client, a financial institution is looking to hire a Business Analyst, Non IT to their team for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.
Your responsibilities include:

Collect, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, and expected results in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet expected deliverables.

Maintain superior project documentation to support auditability and project transparency.

Work independently or with management to identify complex operational business issues and develop creative solutions involving workflow procedures and/or new technologies.

Establish relationships with business leaders to determine optimal solutions for complex business needs.
