Business Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of a large, well-established organization in the insurance and benefits space. This role will support a high-volume data extracts Agile team. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited for a BA with deep data, ETL, and SQL experience who is comfortable operating in an Agile/Kanban environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Analyst on the Data Extracts team, you will work closely with 2–3 software developers, database analysts, and business stakeholders to support the ongoing delivery and stability of enterprise data extracts.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting requests for new data extracts and enhancements to existing extracts
Managing and implementing changes to current data extracts
Troubleshooting issues related to:
Data validation
Extract execution failures
Timing, scheduling, and delivery of data
