Function of an Implementation Support Specialist:

To help stakeholders (both internal and external) successfully adopt and use the new system after its cut-over. His role is to help stakeholders manage the change from the legacy system to the new system and ensure smooth setup, transition to, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Business Analyst before and during the project's design phase
• Meet with stakeholders to understand goals and pain points.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and specifications.
• Works with Service Designer to create process maps, user stories, and documentation for the to-be process to enable the Technical team to identify what the solution should be
• Build, maintain, and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full coverage across the project lifecycle
