  Description 
  :  Should have good knowledge of P&C Insurance Products and Processes
 Manage Functional Changes to the system
 Should have been exposed to various IT Products in Insurance Market
 Create and Review Functional Documents, User Guides, etc…
 Interact with client teams to understand methodologies and workflows
 Should be able to elicit requirements from client teams and document them
 Create Functional Test Strategy and User Acceptance Testing documentation
 Should be aware of Implementation methodologies and processes
 Should be able to conduct Trainings – Domain and Functional
 Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
 Knowledge of databases and basic scripting
 Basic Knowledge of SQL and other database languages
 Should be able to create UI Designs and workflows
 6-8 years of experience in the Insurance Industry ...
