Business Analyst - PH

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Business Analyst role requires dedication, detailed work, and integrity. The right person would need to be adept in the business analysis tools and have solid experience in business processes in these key industries: finance, manufacturing, and IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• establish and document business processes
• perform requirement elicitation through different channels of discovery
• assist in requirement planning and management
• perform requirement analysis and documentation
• identify business process gaps and align solutions to project goals
• support the project team using business analysis tools
• establish communication services across stakeholders
• detail Scrum stories in standard format
• participate in daily stand-ups and capture information
• assist in grooming/sizing of stories
• facilitate testing/product performance recording
