Job Description

                    Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these requirements using Infomax-approved templates and forms. 
Creates business requirements documentation, and creates system specifications that drive product development and implementation. 
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client’s requirement to implement systems solutions to support the client’s business processes requirements. 
Creates functional specifications provided by internal and external stakeholders, of Infomax developed products and services. 
Creates process flow chart/diagram to provide a visual overview of all the tasks and relationships in a business process. 
Function as a liaison between business users and the technical team.
