Position Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary

• Responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements, as well as providing UAT, ORT, and implementation support for simple to moderately complex business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives.
• Plays a key role in eliciting and detailing business requirements, resolving ambiguities, and refining concepts as needed.
• Produces clear and structured requirements documentation that can be easily understood by both business stakeholders and technical teams, serving as the basis for system development and maintenance activities.
• Supports business units in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and the rollout of new system features into production.
