Executed within this role via a high attention to detail in ensuring all documentation is immaculately prepared and tasks are followed through to conclusion.

Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for writing-up the full Comparative Market Analysis report, being fed by the information collected during the Business Assessment and any other additional information submitted by the Selling prospect
• You will be responsible for preparing the full Business Profile and Information Memorandum for all new Businesses listed
• You will be responsible for Contract Management of all business sales - including communicating with the relevant solicitors and landlords involved, plus tasking all communication with the Buyer & Seller around contract milestones...
