This position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

This position may require occasional travel, approximately 1–2 times per year.


The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, and have the willingness to do what it takes to advance the U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Network in the industry. The position requires active participation with interdepartmental managers and the ability to work with state and national self-storage associations in a combined effort to promote and grow USSAN.


Under the direction of the Director of the U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Network (USSAN), the Business Analyst is responsible for the daily communications regarding credit card chargebacks that are processed by customers of our affiliates.
