About the Role:
The client is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the finance industry, with strong skills in data analysis and management. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements from the Private Sector Operation Department (PSOD) and Non-Sovereign Operation (NSO) stakeholders and working with ITD colleagues to implement changes. This role provides the opportunity to create impactful products within a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Strategic analysis & requirements gathering: Lead end‑to‑end collection and validation of business requirements from PSOD and NSO, ensuring clear alignment between stakeholders and IT teams.
Stakeholder engagement & communication: Build deep understanding of business needs and translate them into actionable inputs; maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
