Experience Required:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience. Need to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the core business teams, factory operations, and the IT/PLM implementation team, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business requirements gathering sessions in both Japanese and English, ensuring the needs of the core and factory teams are accurately captured.

• Facilitate change management processes, helping teams adapt to new systems and workflows associated with PLM implementation.
