Business Analyst - PMO

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Work independently with support from Product Managers.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Be expected to work remotely.
• Process Mapping: Document end‑to‑end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
• Solution Design & Validation: Partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions; test and validate work to ensure end‑to‑end system integration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment; facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine requirements.
