Job Description

                    Strong understanding of marketing strategy and customer-experience design, including (Segmentation, Journey orchestration, Personalization strategies, Campaign planning and execution, Data-driven experimentation and optimization)
Leadership & team management skills
Strong understanding of marketing processes, customer journeys, and omnichannel personalization
Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Launch/Tags)
