We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst (BA)
with strong expertise in
Reinsurance and Property & Casualty (P&C)
domain. The role involves working closely with underwriting, finance, and claims stakeholders to identify reporting challenges, translate business needs into analytics requirements, and support the development of
Power BI dashboards
as part of a pilot modernization initiative.
This position requires strong business-facing capabilities, hands-on data understanding, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical teams within a traditional, on-premise insurance environment.
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
