Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and proposing data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and decision‑making. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the implementation of technology or process improvements.

• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect input from subject matter experts (SMEs).
