Business Analyst – Salesforce

We are seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Analyst with strong eCommerce expertise and solid Agile experience. This onsite contractor role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions.

Advanced technical English is required. Experience working with global teams is mandatory. Salesforce experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Analyze and optimize eCommerce workflows and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, sales performance) and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate meetings and communication in both English and Spanish.
