Designing software requirements that actually make sense (and work).

Hosting JAD sessions where everyone leaves smiling (yes, it’s possible).

Mapping business processes like a cartographer of corporate adventures.

Writing specs that developers actually want to read.

Testing functionality at database level — because you know SQL is more than just SELECT * FROM life.
