Translate business requests into detailed business requirements and functional specifications, accompanied by clearly documented processes from data, human, and system perspectives. Document both as-is and to-be states, enabling clear identification of gaps and areas of impact to support decision-making and execution of change initiatives.

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Analyze business requests and develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documentation using Use-Case design for both business-as-usual changes and projects
• Facilitate gap analysis of business and system processes to determine how business needs must be translated to achieve desired results
• Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders across the organization
