Business analyst / Scrum Master

We are hiring a Business Analyst (80%) with Scrum Master responsibilities (20%) to support large-scale Singapore Government IT systems.

We are looking for someone structured, decisive, and delivery-focused — able to operate confidently within strict governance, audit, and compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (Primary)

• Lead requirements gathering with business users, government officers, and vendors
• Produce BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, interface specs
• Ensure traceability, governance compliance, and change control discipline
• Bridge business, technical, and SI/vendor teams
• Support SIT/UAT, integration, and production rollout

Scrum Master (Secondary)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure backlog readiness
• Drive sprint predictability and delivery discipline
