Business Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Change Requests (CR):
   1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather detailed requirements for CRs.
   2. Document functional and non-functional requirements.
   3. Ensure that the gathered requirements are clear, concise, and unambiguous.
   4. Prioritize CRs based on business needs and coordinate with the IT team for development.
   5. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure implemented changes meet business requirements.
   6. Manage CR documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and readily accessible for relevant teams.
2. Production Support:
   1. Act as the first point of contact for production issues reported by business users.
   2. Analyze and categorize reported issues to either resolve them or escalate to the appropriate technical team.
