Role Purpose

The Technical Business Analyst serves as the bridge between Singapore business stakeholders, Acturis SMEs, and engineering. The role owns requirements, functional design, configuration specifications, data definitions, and supports testing and cutover readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements & Functional Design

• Lead discovery sessions with Singapore teams to validate and finalise requirements across workflows, products, underwriting logic, documentation, MI, and reporting.
• Define and document:
• Classes of business
• Rating rules and underwriting parameters
• Document templates and outputs
• MI and reporting structures
• End-to-end workflows (Quote → Bind → MTA → Renewal → Claims...
