Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Insurance domain expertise to support digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives. The role involves bridging business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, compliant, and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate business workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Agile teams to support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and business users to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenario preparation, execution support, and defect triage.
