Business analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst (80%) with Scrum Master responsibilities (20%) to support large-scale Singapore Government IT systems.
We are looking for someone structured, decisive, and delivery-focused — able to operate confidently within strict governance, audit, and compliance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis (Primary)
Lead requirements gathering with business users, government officers, and vendors
Produce BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, interface specs
Ensure traceability, governance compliance, and change control discipline
Bridge business, technical, and SI/vendor teams
Support SIT/UAT, integration, and production rollout
Scrum Master (Secondary)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure backlog readiness
Drive sprint predictability and delivery discipline
Remove impediments and highlight risks early
Requirements
5–8 years IT delivery experience
