Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze project requirements. Develop business requirements specification documents, use case design documents, prototypes, wireframes, and workflows for the software development team.
• Support the Project Manager in managing requirements and implementing projects.
• Support the software product quality testing team in developing test scenarios to ensure full and correct compliance with business specifications.
• Draft user manuals, provide professional training, and support customers in using the product.
• Support troubleshooting during deployment and operation.
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
