Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for CRM projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
• Recommend process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of CRM systems
