JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Business Functional Analyst – Capital Markets Transformation
Location: Singapore
Experience: 8+ Years
Knowledge & Experience
5 years+ experience in business analysis in Capital Markets/Investments or similar roles, in transformation and change-the-bank initiatives.
Candidates with lesser experience will also be considered if he/she already has relevant Capital Markets experience.
Capital Markets knowledge, particularly in structured products, and with FinIQ knowledge will be of distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders across trading, sales, operations, risk, and IT to understand current state processes, systems and pain points.
Conduct detailed analysis of business needs for initiatives across asset classes (Structured Products, FX, Equities, Fixed Income).
Document and validate high quality business functional requirements.
