Business Analyst

TEKsystems is hiring a Business Analyst to support ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives across core insurance functions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance workflows and support system‑related initiatives.

• Partner with underwriting, claims, and policy administration teams to gather and analyse business requirements
• Translate requirements into business and functional specifications (e.g. BRDs, user stories, FSDs)
• Support system enhancements and changes across core insurance platforms
• Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiency
• Support initiatives relating to data, reporting, or portfolio insights where required
