Position: Business analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in ERP and CRM projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience working in the media domain – familiarity with media production, broadcasting, OTT platforms, or digital content lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore setup.
