Experience and skill requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in process modeling tools like Microsoft Visio , Lucidchart , or BPMN software.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Lean , Six Sigma , or Agile frameworks for process improvement.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional writing ability for technical documentation, and strong interviewing skills.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP , IIBA-CBAP , or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly valued.
• Communication: Business Proficiency in English speaking and writing
• Experience: 3-5 year experience mapping processes and developing SOPs for organizations
