Your day to day

• Take ownership of business-as-usual requests within the Asset & Finance IT domain
• Investigate root causes of incidents and specify appropriate corrective solutions
• Manage the complete lifecycle of change requests from qualification through to production deployment
• Collaborate with development teams and solution vendors to implement system enhancements
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies before production releases
• Maintain and update technical and functional documentation throughout all activities
• Support accounting application (ERP system) and its peripheral systems
• Handle financial flows including payments, direct debits, invoices, and expense notes
• Oversee monthly closing processes and bank reconciliation activities
