Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and process documentation skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Solid understanding in Development Methodologies or SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to handle Banking, Financial, or Insurance domain projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements accurately.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Create functional and technical specifications clearly.
• Support project planning and execution activities.
• Communicate requirements to technical teams effectively.
• Validate solutions and support testing efforts.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and feedback.
