Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining, analyzing, and optimizing our customer-centric processes across multiple value streams, with a focus on customer onboarding, servicing, and claims.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a business analyst to define requirements for the customer onboarding value stream
Serve as a Process Analyst for all value streams, including Onboarding, Servicing, and Claims responsible for process mapping of current state and ideal state
Apply Six Sigma tools to analyze the process maturity and identify targeted improvements using Lean and process improvement frameworks.
Lead project management initiatives, particularly: Create a comprehensive roadmap for 2026 multi-market delivery of changes to meet agreed Business KPIs Obtain buy-in and funding from markets for the roadmap. Assist markets with detailed requirement work. Support the kick-off and governance of roadmap execution
