Business Analyst – Cards (VisionPLUS Migration)
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Cards domain expertise to support large‑scale VisionPLUS migration and transformation programs. The role will work closely with Business, Operations, IT, and vendor teams across the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in project initiation workshops to understand cards business objectives, existing systems, and migration scope.
Analyze BRDs and convert requirements into User Stories covering cards functionality, integrations, and data migration.
Identify functional gaps, process pain points, configuration needs, and migration risks.
Review solution designs and configurations to ensure alignment with cards business rules and operating models.
Define and validate cards data migration, transformation rules, and reconciliation logic.
Review test plans and test cases to ensure complete functional and negative scenario coverage.
